Job summary

Vital Records Control (VRC) is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support core warehouse operations, including inventory processing, material handling, records management, and facility organization. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and productivity, with authorized use of PITs and occasional company vans for route coverage, deliveries, or pickups as needed.

Candidates should maintain chain-of-custody and comply with OSHA and safety procedures while handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse or material handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Barcode and process incoming boxes and materials.
• Pull, refile, and consolidate customer inventory.
• Process materials scheduled for secure destruction.
• Perform bay consolidations and maintain organized storage locations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and general facility upkeep.
• Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
• Meet established productivity, timeliness, and accuracy standards.
• Maintain strict customer confidentiality and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts, order pickers, electric pallet jacks) when certified and authorized.
