Job summary

RealTruck Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and material handling. You will work with powered equipment (after certification) to move products, stock inventory, and prepare orders for shipment from our Ann Arbor-area facility.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 150 lbs with assistance, and experience with WMS and MS Office. You’ll join a team focused on accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of related experience and/or training required.
• 2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product for movement throughout the warehouse (sorting, scanning, repackaging, palletizing, labeling, wrapping).
• Operate powered equipment to move products safely and efficiently (once certified).
• Assemble component parts into kits and label them; enter data into WMS.
• Pick, pack, stage, and load inventory according to customer orders.
• Unload trailers and verify product against PO and packing slip in WMS.
• Scan palletized product, wrap, label, and load onto trailers.
• Receive returned product, verify warranty status, update WMS, and prepare for disposal or restock.
• Train other employees; maintain a clean, safe workspace; perform other duties as assigned.
