Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support shipping, receiving and material handling. You will receive shipments, stock inventory, pick, pack, stage orders and load trailers, primarily using powered industrial trucks.

Certified operators will move products safely, perform routine forklift checks, update the WMS, assemble kits, and help train teammates while maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6–12 months related experience or training required.
• 2–5 years related experience preferred.
• Previous forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for movement in the warehouse, including sorting, packaging, labeling and wrapping.
• Operate powered equipment to move products after certification.
• Perform routine forklift maintenance checks and report issues.
• Assemble kits and enter data into the WMS.
• Pick, pack, stage and load orders onto trailers.
• Unload trailers and verify shipments against PO and packing slip in WMS.
• Receive returns, verify warranty, update WMS, and prepare for disposal or stock.
• Train others and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
