Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to support our Washington operations. The role combines warehouse duties—pulling orders, packing, pallet handling, and stocking—with occasional delivery responsibilities to customers. You will use RF devices to sort and track orders, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• Must be able to lift items weighing over 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Valid state-issued license required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean and safe; support a safe, accident-free facility.
