Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Puyallup, WA is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to support outbound orders and delivery tasks. You will operate a stand-up forklift, pick, wrap, and move pallets, and use RF devices to sort and scan items.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with possible overtime and occasional delivery duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience in shipping/receiving/inventory is preferred.
• Must be able to lift items over 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and organized; participate in team safety.
