Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Renton, WA to safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare orders, and manage inbound/outbound materials.

You will use RF devices to sort and scan, verify stock, and keep the workspace clean and safe while following PPE and safety rules. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years warehouse experience and forklift skills, with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is preferred.
• Forklift operator experience is preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material; maintain a clean and safe workspace with PPE compliance.
