Qualifications

• Forklift Operator certification required.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments preferred.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Experience conducting safety audits and training sessions.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and math for inventory counts.
• Strong time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and yard; uphold safety standards.
• Distribute materials to storage areas; rotate stock; report discrepancies/damage.
• Collaborate with team to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Operate forklifts and handling equipment safely and efficiently.
