Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Englewood, CO to perform a variety of inventory and order fulfillment tasks. You will verify stock, receive shipments, and manage the movement of items using handheld scanners.

The role includes assisting customers, handling returns, and contributing to a safe, orderly warehouse environment. The position requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 1 year of forklift/warehouse/customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of forklift experience preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in computer and inventory systems, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify, receive, and put away incoming stock.
• Pull, pack, stage, and ship outgoing orders and transfers.
• Assist customers with orders, as needed.
• Assist customers in processing returns of warranty items and stock items.
• Operate handheld scanners to receive, move, and track inventory in and out of the facility.
• Assist management with inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and common areas to ensure an orderly and safe work environment.
• Maintain all required certifications required by DOT, OSHA, and company safety programs.
• Participate in after-hours training classes.
• May be asked to participate in on-call duties, as needed.
• Work overtime as assigned.
• Work cooperatively with others.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular, punctual, and reliable physical attendance.
