Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on protecting inventory, receiving, loading, and unloading materials in a safe, compliant manner.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and warehouse experience, with the stamina to perform physical tasks. Forklift certification is required or the candidate should be willing to obtain internal certification. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, push and pull; needs good physical stamina.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain internal certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication and time management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads goods and supplies ensuring proper handling at all times.
• Moves goods within the warehouse as needed, using a forklift as required.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• May be required to make deliveries or pickups using company vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.
