Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This hands-on role requires lifting, palletizing, loading and unloading, and working both indoors and outdoors.

The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and a quick learner with a strong work ethic who can thrive as part of a collaborative warehouse team. Shift options available Monday–Friday with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or related operations preferred.
• Forklift experience is required and certification will be provided.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly.
• Physically demanding work including lifting, palletizing, loading/unloading, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Punctual and reliable attendance; strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing needs.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors; not air-conditioned environments.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
• Load and unload trucks and other delivery vehicles.
• Palletize, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory, and returns activities as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse and work area.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
• Assist with material handling and general warehouse support as needed.
• Learn product information and warehouse processes necessary to perform assigned duties.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support changing operational needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
