Job summary

Renova One is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations with a focus on production cutting and distribution of materials. You will operate production cutting equipment, forklifts, and pallet jacks to prepare orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will collaborate with team members to meet daily production and distribution goals, follow safety protocols, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain; pole lift experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills; ability to use inventory software and handheld devices.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds; strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production cutting equipment to prepare materials for distribution.

Job Summary The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, with a focus on production cutting and distribution of materials and products, along with receiving, storing, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role requires hands-on equipment experience operating a forklift and ideally pole lift operation. This role requires independent judgment in production cutting, load handling, and prioritizing distribution tasks to meet daily goals. This person will work closely with the warehouse team and other departments to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.

Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Operate production cutting equipment safely and accurately to prepare materials for distribution, ensuring specifications and quality standards are met
• Operate forklifts (including pole lift attachments), order pickers, and pallet jacks to move, stage, and load/unload materials
• Receive incoming shipments of materials and products, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage or discrepancies
• Accurately record and label received and cut items, organizing them in designated storage locations
• Retrieve, cut, and pack materials for customer/branch orders according to picking lists and packing instructions
• Prepare orders for shipment by packaging items securely, labeling with shipping information, and coordinating carrier pickup or delivery
• Perform regular inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies
• Assist with inventory replenishment by restocking and picking materials as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse environment
• Follow all safety protocols related to cutting equipment, forklift/pole lift operation, and general warehouse safety
• Collaborate with warehouse team members and department supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet daily production and distribution goals
• Provide guidance or informal support to less-experienced warehouse staff as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management or supervisory staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus; pole lift/attachment experience strongly preferred
• Basic math and computer skills, including the ability to use inventory management software and handheld devices
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as counting, labeling, and recording inventory
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures

Salary Description
