Job summary

Würth Industry North America is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Bondurant, IA to perform a variety of warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping. You will work in a safety-focused environment and support accurate inventory management.

The role requires 1-2 years of material handling or warehouse experience, forklift certification, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of material handling, forklift or warehouse experience.
• Forklift operation and certification required.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software or Integrated Logistics Solutions a plus.
• Must pass forklift training and maintain forklift certification.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping.
• Receive, unload and verify parts and condition of incoming freight.
• Verify quantity of product going into stock using correct stocking processes.
• Prioritize and fill orders using warehouse equipment.
• Safely pick and package product and ensure correct labeling.
• Verify shipping orders match slips and load packages.
• Communicate and rectify problems such as damages or shortages.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Maintain warehouse, supplies and equipment; keep facility clean.
• All other duties as assigned.
