Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist responsible for tasks such as receiving, storage, organizing, inventory management, assembly, repair, and delivery. The role requires attention to detail, safety consciousness, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, disassemble, and repair furniture as needed.
- Use hand tools and machinery for production.
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments.
- Organize and store inventory properly.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
- Maintain workflow and meet performance expectations.
- Load and unload trucks following safety protocols.
- Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Use inventory management software to track transactions.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits.
- Document product movements and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Perform quality checks.
- Resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Report shortages and damages.
- Interface with customers as needed.
