Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Join our detail-driven team that brings order to chaos. You will manage, troubleshoot, and maintain tools and gear that power our inspiring work—helping clients and their audiences connect in unforgettable ways.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Organize, maintain, and repair ITC and client-owned inventory
2. Manage check-in/check-out, load-in/load-out, ensuring all gear meets operational and visual standards
3. Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs
4. Keep the warehouse running smoothly under the direction of the Warehouse Manager
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
6. Drive company vehicles as needed to support project delivery
7. Contribute ideas to help refine and improve internal systems and processes
8. Communicate clearly about task timelines, escalating issues when needed

What You Bring

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Clean driving record with ability to obtain a Missouri Class B license
3. Laser-focused attention to detail
4. Strong organizational skills and a drive to learn inventory systems
5. Experience with Flex Rental Solutions or Exhibit Force is a plus
6. Clear, confident communicator who thrives in a team environment
