As a Warehouse Specialist, you will help keep our supply chain moving by maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. You will help ensure products move smoothly from arrival to delivery.

What You'll Do

• Inventory Management: Receive, stage, and stock incoming products while keeping the inventory system accurate.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer and vendor orders for safe shipment.
• Showroom & Counter Sales: Assist walk-in customers, process payments, and advise customers on agriculture and equipment parts.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep warehouse and retail areas clean, organized, and safe.

What You Bring

• Physical Stamina: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted and stand or walk throughout the shift.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using computers, handheld scanners, and general office equipment.
• Customer-First Mindset: Strong communication and multitasking skills to balance customer service and warehouse duties.
• Experience: Warehouse, distribution, or agricultural industry experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Requirements: High school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license required; forklift certification is a plus.

Role & Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

• Receiving: Verify incoming shipments and accurately record receipts in the inventory management system.
• Put-Away: Stage, stock, and organize incoming freight in assigned warehouse locations.
• Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer, QC site, and vendor partner orders for secure shipment. Support product transfers and stocking for the QC Supply on-site retail space.
• Inventory Control: Complete routine cycle counts and physical inventories while helping maintain appropriate stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Facility Upkeep: Keep the warehouse, stockroom, and work areas clean, safe, and organized.

Administration & General Operations

• Technology & Systems: Process transactions in ERP systems, operate office equipment, and use computer software efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive, helpful approach and support teammates or other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably with inventory control knowledge.

Industry Knowledge

• Familiarity with agriculture-related parts and equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to continue learning about products, systems, and the industry.

Technical & Operational Skills

• Current forklift certification with experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Ability to use portable warehouse technology and Microsoft Office products in a warehouse environment.
