Job summary

Tech24 is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy and support shipping/receiving. You will ensure field technicians have the parts and equipment needed to serve customers in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key duties include pulling, packing, and shipping orders, stocking inventory, verifying shipments, data entry, and operating pallet jacks. Forklift certification is preferred and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.
• Proficient in using a computer, including data entry and systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to deliver parts in the field.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying productive.
• Forklift experience and certification are strongly preferred.

Position Summary:

• Proficient in using a computer, including data entry, typing and computer-based systems/applications
• Valid driver's license and ability to deliver parts and supplies to technicians in the field as needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer/typing skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be available to work overtime as needed
• Forklift experience and certification are strongly preferred

Physical Demands:

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull parts, equipment, and materials weighing 50-75 pounds safely and efficiently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday.
• Experience operating pallet jacks in a warehouse environment required;
• Forklift experience and certification preferred.
• Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and applicable OSHA regulations.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment while handling inventory, equipment, and materials

Compensation Transparency:

The advertised pay range for this position is $20-$25 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and market conditions.
