Job summary

Tech24 in Lynbrook, NY is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to receive, inspect, and process shipments, pick and pack orders, and maintain organized warehouse operations.

You will transport parts and supplies using a company vehicle, support technicians locally, and uphold safety standards. The role offers weekly pay, benefits, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or delivery experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Comfortable making daily deliveries and traveling locally using a company vehicle.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and shipments, verifying accuracy and identifying damaged or missing items.
• Pick, prepare, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Organize, label, and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure parts and supplies are easily accessible.
• Replenish inventory and prepare parts and supplies for field technicians.
• Make daily deliveries and transport parts, equipment, and supplies using a company-provided vehicle.
• Travel locally as needed to support technicians, customers, and business operations.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift when needed.
• Follow all applicable OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Compensation Range: $21-$25/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (Flexible)

Compensation Transparency

The advertised pay range for this position is $21-$25 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant warehouse and delivery experience, forklift experience, skill set, and overall qualifications.
