Role Description

The Warehouse Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pico Rivera, CA. This role is responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, unloading trucks, verifying orders, and organizing products in designated storage areas. The Warehouse Specialist will handle packing and staging outbound orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records through regular counts and updates. The role involves operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely, keeping work areas clean and orderly, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and service goals. The Warehouse Specialist may also assist with basic documentation, labeling, and coordination with transportation and logistics staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Shipping & Receiving, including verifying quantities, inspecting goods, and processing documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Packing and Unloading, including safely handling materials and preparing items for shipment.
• Knowledge of Inventory Control practices, such as stock rotation, cycle counts, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to safely operate a Pallet Jack and follow warehouse safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes and work instructions.
• Reliable time management, ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
