Key Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading donations from multiple trucks throughout the day.
• Sort, process, and prepare donated goods efficiently and accurately.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other material-handling equipment, as trained and certified.
• Transport and properly place products, pallets, and materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Create bales as needed to support warehouse operations.
• Assist with loading trailers and containers, including completing and maintaining required documentation.
• Maintain warehouse organization to ensure efficient workflow and product accessibility.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, leadership, donors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide a customer-focused approach in all interactions and daily tasks.
• Perform duties accurately and efficiently to support operational goals.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
• Support department and company objectives through teamwork and productivity.
• Develop knowledge of warehouse processes and best practi
