Job summary

Linchpin Solutions in Panama City, FL is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage receiving, issuing, packing, and MHE operations while ensuring Navy ERP data integrity and proper PPP&M workflow.

Under supervision, you will perform inventory counts, material movement, and maintain KSD, following Navy ERP movement types (101-552). OSHA forklift/MHE license and a preferred degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• OSHA forklift license required.
• OSHA certification required.
• Hazardous material/shelf-life handling knowledge.
• PPP&M fundamentals understood.
• DRMO/eRMS familiarization desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, issue, package, preserve, pack and mark materials (PPP&M).
• Perform material handling, Navy ERP data entry, and inventory counts.
• Carry out COSIS, PPP&M, shipping, and receipt tasks under supervision.
• Maintain KSD and follow Navy ERP movement types (101-552).

Role Overview

In this role, you will perform general logistics functions including receiving, issuing, packaging, preservation, packing, and marking (PPP&M), and inventory management. You will execute daily warehousing tasks such as material handling equipment (MHE) operations, Navy ERP data entry, inventory counts, and material movement. Under supervision, you will perform COSIS, PPP&M, shipping, and receipt tasks while ensuring compliance with Navy ERP movement types (101-552) and maintaining Key Supporting Documentation (KSD).
