Job summary

Foremost Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our distribution team in Guam.

The role focuses on efficient receiving, storage, and preparation of products for timely delivery, while maintaining accuracy and safety standards across the warehouse. You will handle shipments, organize stock, pick and pack orders, assist with inventory counts, and ensure proper rotation and safe operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, inventory, or distribution experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products as required.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain stock records.
• Check products for damage, expiration dates, and quality concerns.
• Maintain proper product rotation and storage practices.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow company procedures for product handling, storage, and workplace safety.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Specialist supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and preparing products for accurate and timely distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Check products for damage, expiration dates, and quality concerns.
• Maintain proper product rotation and storage practices.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, as authorized and trained.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow company procedures for product handling, storage, and workplace safety.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
