Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Merchandiser to join our team. The Merchandiser is responsible for delivering and merchandising products at customer locations, maintaining attractive product displays, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and providing excellent service to our customers.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with customers, staying organized, and being out in the community representing our brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and timely service to customers while anticipating their needs and resolving concerns.
• Deliver and merchandise products at assigned customer locations according to established schedules and instructions.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and displays as needed to ensure products are properly presented and readily available.
• Set up signage, banners, point-of-sale materials, displays, and other promotional materials as directed.
• Remove outdated or competitive point-of-sale and advertising materials from company-owned equipment.
• Create and maintain attractive product displays for marketing, promotional, and sampling activities.
• Interact with customers and promote, demonstrate, and sample company products at various locations.
• Properly load, secure, transport, and unload products and materials to ensure safe handling and delivery.
• Review daily schedules, customer orders, work orders, and requisitions to ensure the correct products and materials are delivered.
• Maintain accurate records, delivery documentation, and required logs.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are properly cleaned and maintained before, during, and after trips.
• Immediately report vehicle accidents, mechanical issues, damaged equipment, or other safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow proper cleaning and maintenance procedures for company equipment, including chillers, freezers, and other assigned equipment.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of company-sponsored events and distribute products to event participants as needed.
• Participate in required company meetings, safety meetings, training, and workshops.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while visiting assigned customer locations.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and stretch when stocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products and supplies as required.
• Ability to handle products of varying sizes and weights, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to travel between customer locations and work in various retail and storage environments.
• Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
