Foremost Foods, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Specialist to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. You will ensure products are received, stored, prepared, and delivered accurately and efficiently within Guam, CNMI, and Micronesia.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, inventory maintenance, and coordinating with drivers to meet delivery timelines. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Position Overview

The Distribution Specialist supports daily warehouse and distribution operations by ensuring products are received, stored, prepared, and delivered accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming products and shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Verify product quantities, item codes, and order accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company procedures for product handling, storage, and safety.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or distribution experience is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving products as required.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while visiting assigned customer locations.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and stretch when stocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products and supplies as required.
• Ability to handle products of varying sizes and weights, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to travel between customer locations and work in various retail and storage environments.
• Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
