A. J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, part of American Residential Services (ARS), is seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist in Eatontown, NJ. The role supports field technicians by ensuring parts, tools, and equipment are stocked and ready for daily jobs.

Full-time, year-round work with a comprehensive benefits package. Pay ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. Must be flexible to meet scheduling needs and OT opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience required.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize materials for scheduled jobs.
• Stage materials and equipment so technicians are fully prepared for daily work.
• Stock service vehicles with required parts and supplies.
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments.
• Deliver materials to job sites and assist with loading trucks.
• Maintain and track inventory, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate warranty returns and vendor shipments.
• Operate a forklift to move materials and unload trucks when needed.
• Keep warehouse organized and responsive to operational needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation for inventory and purchases.
