Job Description

Warehouse Specialist

Employment Type: 6 Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm or 3:30pm to 11:30pm

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor degree or advanced degree preferred.
• 3 years of warehouse and inventory control experience required.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts; interest in network design, S&OP, inventory, or physical flow management.
• Experience leading operational improvements and managing transformation factors.
• Aptitude for analytics.
• Leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to work in ambient temperature occasionally.
• Ability to obtain a DBIDS badge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred

• Knowledge of Cost Point.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory setup and control.

• Record part and serial numbers.
• Record and label locations.
• Validate inventory counts.
• Perform inventory issuing and relocation.
• Provide inventory services as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
