We're seeking a Warehouse Specialist responsible for assisting with projects in the warehouse, including organization, process management, and supporting inventory and item processing.

Tasks You'll Be Handling

• Support daily warehouse operations: receiving, handling, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Record and report damages on shipments and items.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Assist in developing and implementing warehouse processes and improvements.
• Provide accurate item information during packaging to minimize returns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct pull requests and verify inbound shipments with accurate inventory scanning.
• Greet customers professionally and assist with drop-offs and pickups.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues and improve service.
• Implement new processes and test technological advancements.
• Work with other departments to meet Key Performance Indicators.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required.
• Customer service orientation.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends if needed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of antiques and collectibles is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with proper equipment.
