We’re seeking a Packing Specialist to package and fulfill estate sale items. You will be processing one-of-a-kind items that need specialized treatment and care. We need someone that is trustworthy, has great attention to detail, and can think outside the box!

TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING

• Focus on working safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare items for shipping by creating boxes, utilizing correct packaging materials, and packing with care.
• Monitors quality standards for each package.
• Develops an understanding of standard operating procedures for all packing categories.
• Working in conjunction with internal team to maximize throughput and timeliness of company goals.
• Inventory control by palletizing and bin scanning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in packaging or shipping is preferred
• Able to move/ lift up to 75 lbs. using appropriate tools.
• Flexible work hours.
• An appreciation for rock-solid customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate via email, phone, and in person with teams across the company.
• Tech-savvy; computer proficiency is key (google drive/Microsoft).
