Job summary

IV Labs, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure daily warehouse and logistics duties run smoothly. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, receive and count inventory, and maintain an accurate log while following strict safety procedures.

This role emphasizes precise data entry, effective communication with carriers, and reliable teamwork. Training is provided; comprehensive benefits support you and your household.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using handheld scanner or manual process.
• Prepare orders for shipment complying with DOT and IATA regulations.
• Ship hazardous and non-hazardous materials using appropriate software and carriers.
• Receive inbound freight and log into inventory systems (SAGE).
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and space utilization.
• Put away finished goods and supplies in correct locations.
• Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment.
• Assist with inventory inquiries and annual counts.
• Maintain required certifications (49 CFR, IATA).
• Provide world-class customer interactions.

Summary:

Ensures daily warehouse and logistics duties run smoothly and efficiently. Responsible for picking, packing, and shipping of all customer orders. Receives, counts and put-away product to maintain an accurate inventory. Ensures compliance with all safety procedures and standards in the warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick orders utilizing both handheld scan gun and manual process
• Prepare orders for shipment ensuring compliance to all DOT and IATA regulations
• Shipping hazardous and non-hazardous materials by utilizing appropriate software platforms and interfacing with shipping vendors, (FedEx, UPS, KWE, etc.)
• Receives inbound freight from various carries while ensures accuracy and entering received goods into SAGE and Raw receipt log.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse, (includes keeping it clear and free of debris and ensuring efficient use of space).
• Put away finished goods and supplies into appropriate primary locations.
• Inspect and maintain all mechanical lift equipment and pallet jackets.
• Label switches for OEM products as needed.
• Manage all Customer Interactions with a focus on providing world class service.
• Assist with inventory inquiries and annual physical count
• Maintain 49 CRF and IATA certifications.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow safety precautions
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines
• The ability to remain flexible in response to fluctuating workload
• Ability to obtain IATA and 49 CFR certification within 90 days of hire date.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in shipping hazardous/corrosive products
• Warehouse experience
• Prior experience with UPS and/or FedEx software
• Prior forklift or Reach truck experience
• Inventory process knowledge
