We’re seeking a Warehouse Specialist who will be responsible for assisting with projects in the warehouse, including organization, process management, and inventory flow. You will support various areas such as item processing and process improvement within the warehouse.

TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING

• Support daily operations in the processing center, including receiving, handling, packing, shipping, and inventory management
• Record and report damages on inbound and outbound shipments and packed items
• Respond effectively to internal and external customer inquiries
• Assist in strategic and tactical project implementation within the warehouse
• Help minimize item returns and enhance customer satisfaction by providing accurate item information
• Conduct pull requests, including returns, errors, and missing information
• Verify inbound shipments and ensure accurate inventory scanning
• Greet customers professionally at the warehouse
• Assist with customer drop-offs and pickups
• Work with management to resolve departmental issues and improve service
• Implement new processes and test technological advancements
• Collaborate across departments to meet Key Performance Indicators
• Perform additional tasks as needed

CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING

• Drive and self-motivation are essential in our fast-paced environment
• High school diploma required
• Appreciation for dedicated customer service
• Familiarity with Google Suite
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of antiques, artwork, and collectibles is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with proper equipment
