Job Summary

The Warehouse Specialist is experienced in all areas of the warehouse, including inventory control, pulling customer orders, shipping and receiving, and operating non-motorized and motorized equipment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None

Duties/Responsibilities

• Quickly & accurately pull customer orders using FIFO method
• Receive, off-load, and breakdown incoming shipments
• Count and reconcile incoming shipments against vendor packing slips
• Ensure date coding on incoming product
• Transport finished goods from Converting area to the Warehouse
• Package customer orders within a 99.9% accuracy rate
• Distribute product to warehouse bins following FIFO procedures
• Reposition bulk and overflow skids as needed
• Load and unload trucks
• Stage orders for shipment
• Accurately document customer orders and ship using UPS or FedEx
• Restock shelves and organize storage
• Assist with inventory control and annual inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow safety regulations and operate equipment responsibly
• Maintain product quality and adhere to ORAFOL's Quality Program
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required
• At least 1 year of warehouse/shipping experience

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand for extended periods, and perform physical activities like bending, stooping, climbing, crawling, and kneeling
