Job summary

WITRON Group in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Specialist to support the national Spare Parts program. You will process repairs and orders, and manage inventory control to ensure accuracy and timely shipments.

The role involves assembling and shipping orders, inbound receiving, and coordinating with carriers. Growth opportunities exist within a dynamic automation logistics environment at WITRON.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Knowledge of hand tools.
• Experience with forklifts and other MHE (operation, training, inspections) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble and ship orders daily.
• Receive, put away, and ensure inbound shipment accuracy.
• Correspond with customers daily.
• Maintain organized, safe warehouse environment.
• Prepare documentation for national and international shipments.
• Coordinate shipments via UPS and Expeditors.
• Support other Supply Chain colleagues.
• Support other departments (data entry, filing).

Join WITRON as a Warehouse Specialist!

We’re seeking a motivated entry-level candidate ready to take on responsibility and grow within our organization! This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual ready to take on responsibility and grow professionally. In this multi-functional role, you’ll support our national Spare Parts program by processing repairs and orders, and inventory control.

Pay Range: $16.65 - $21.28 /hr

As a Warehouse Specialist, You Will

• Accurately assemble and ship orders on a timely basis, daily
• Receive, put away, and ensure accuracy of all inbound shipments, weekly
• Correspond with customers on a day to day basis
• Provide an organized, orderly and safe warehouse environment
• Prepare all documentation for national and international shipments
• Coordinate all shipments via UPS and Expeditors
• Support other Supply Chain colleagues
• Support other departments: i.e. data entry, filing

Requirements
