WITRON is seeking motivated and dependable Machine Operators to join our high-performance warehouse distribution team. You will operate and monitor a state-of-the-art automated material handling system (MHE) inside a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, conveyors, or automated equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, HMIs, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated material handling equipment (MHE) and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issues.
• Perform basic maintenance and system recovery tasks.
• Clear product jams, packaging issues, and carrier obstructions within the system.
• Support continuous warehouse automation operations to ensure efficiency and uptime.
• Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to maintain system performance.

WITRON is seeking motivated and dependable Machine Operators to join our high-performance warehouse distribution team. In this role, you will operate and monitor a state-of-the-art automated material handling system (MHE) inside a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Hourly Rate: $22.30+

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated material handling equipment (MHE) and systems


• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issues


• Perform basic maintenance and system recovery tasks


• Clear product jams, packaging issues, and carrier obstructions within the system


• Support continuous warehouse automation operations to ensure efficiency and uptime


• Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to maintain system performance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods


• Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs.


• Comfortable working at heights up to 80–100 feet


• Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures

Work Environment

• Work includes time in cold storage and freezer environments (down to -10°F)


• Exposure to an industrial warehouse setting with automated systems
