The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for performing all duties related to incoming and outgoing merchandise at AFR's warehouse. The role involves working first shift with occasional overtime based on business needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Unload/load trucks using RF scanning devices, compare paperwork to NAV inventory system, and ensure all inventory is scanned correctly.
- Post collections and deliveries, confirm paperwork via Logistics Dashboard.
- Reclassify merchandise in the warehouse, lift and place products, inspect for damage, and record discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory, stage merchandise for shipment, and fulfill customer orders according to pick tickets.
- Operate forklifts and hand trucks safely, maintain a clean workplace, and follow safety procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
