Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to maximize production efficiency through strategic item placement, analysis, and system-driven logic. You will review opportunities for improvement across the facility(s) you manage and help implement projects to enhance operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with Site leadership to optimize capacity, ensure accurate product information, and maintain alignment between the WMS and physical warehouse environment,

Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and warehouse software familiarity.
• Ability to operate materials handling equipment (MHE).
• Strong math and reading skills; good communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Add unslotted items into warehouse footprint considering dimensions, feedback, GMP/OSHA practices, and special customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Site and Slotting Leadership to improve capacity, reduce damage, and boost team performance with safety in mind.
• Ensure consistency between WMS and physical warehouse environment including labels, putaway rules, and item information.
• Serve as liaison between DC and procurement/MDM to ensure accurate product data.
• Other duties as assigned.
