Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a warehouse slotting analyst to maximize efficiency in picking and replenishment through data analysis and slotting strategies. You will evaluate locations with MS Excel and JBLC tools, assign pick locations for new items, analyze historical and forecast data, and collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to maintain location accuracy, safety, and capacity within the WMS.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience operating pallet jack and forklift.
• Proficient in MS Office and WMS.
• Strong communication and independent decision-making.
• Able to organize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize tools to evaluate slotting locations and optimize picking.
• Assign pick locations for new items for optimal picking and replenishment.
• Analyze historical and forecast data for product placement.
• Generate Moves List for location changes based on sales data.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager and staff on slotting, capacity, and safety.
• Maintain permanent locations and capacities in WMS.
• Slot products dynamically using company tools to reduce pick times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse manager.
