Job summary

Dot Foods Inc. in Bear, DE is seeking a Warehouse Slotting Coordinator to optimize slotting for new products, deletions, internal moves and rack changes while ensuring safe operations and accurate reporting.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage inventory discrepancies, and contribute to HAACP and lean initiatives with a focus on safety and efficiency. Regular hours with occasional nights and weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Dot Foods experience.
• Strong leadership, listening and communication skills.
• Ability to develop, coordinate, and manage changes to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse slotting for new products, deletions, moves and rack changes.
• Handle emergency shipments outside normal transportation channels.
• Coordinate the inventory at location including discrepancies, lost product, loss/gain.
• Conduct weekly warehouse inspections and participate in safety committees.
• Maintain velocity, space utilization and hiring status reports.
• Involved in HAACP and Food Safety Management initiatives.
• Apply lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste in all areas.
