Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager in Indianapolis, IN. Lead daily warehouse operations with safety and efficiency as priorities; manage staff, payroll, and customer service.

Requires at least 3 years of management in distribution/transportation, strong leadership, budgeting, and proficiency with Excel/Office. Competitive salary and quarterly bonus, with benefits after 30 days and 401K.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management in distribution/transportation.
• BS/BA Degree or Associate Degree with equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and ensuring safety.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience reading and interpreting P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports and ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer or associate issues daily.
• Ensure adherence to Capstone policies and safety rules.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and participate.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Oversee data entry, daily closeout, and payroll records.
