Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of supervision experience.
• Some Spanish preferred to communicate with staff.
• Experience in recruiting is a plus.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for new work orders and projects, coordinating staffing as needed.
• Perform warehouse sanitation with staff to assist production.
• Manage scheduled cleaning tasks by frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Ensure labor hours are accurately reported in timekeeping software.
