Job summary

Odeko, Inc. is seeking a Site Lead to manage daily warehouse operations, own the site P&L, and drive financial and service performance.

You will lead a diverse team, enforce SOPs, and partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Service to optimize logistics and customer satisfaction. The role requires leadership experience, ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts, and a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic technical skills and the ability to learn the Odeko technology platform.
• Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) numerous times in a given shift.
• Independent problem solver who is passionate about customer service.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shift.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Monitor and manage delivery schedules, routes, and logistics to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Implement and enforce SOPs to maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate and lead Picking, Packing, Routing, and Dispatching.
• Utilize systems (Netsuite, RF Smart, Shopify, Hubspot) to troubleshoot and streamline processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse associates and delivery drivers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training.
• Maintain health and safety standards on site.
