Job summary

ATS Group is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Specialist (EU) to organize outbound shipments within Europe. The role combines warehouse tasks with administrative follow-up and daily use of Microsoft Dynamics to ensure accurate, timely deliveries in line with quality and transportation standards.

Key duties include preparing goods for shipment, checking shipments, labeling, processing shipping documents, and coordinating with carriers. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics/warehouse shipping.
• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Strong understanding of EU transport flows and logistics processes.
• Accurate, organized, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Forklift operator experience a plus.

Function

As a Warehouse Shipping Specialist (EU), you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently organizing all outbound shipments within Europe. You will combine operational warehouse tasks with administrative follow-up and work with Microsoft Dynamics on a daily basis. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely deliveries in accordance with applicable quality and transportation standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparing goods for shipment.
• Checking incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Packaging and labeling in accordance with the appropriate guidelines.
• Preparing and processing shipping documents.
• Processing orders and shipments in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Collaborating with carriers and internal departments.
• Working with scanning systems and warehouse software.

Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse setting with a focus on shipping.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• A deep understanding of logistics processes and EU transport flows.
• Highly accurate, organized, and responsible.
• You can work independently and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Hands-on with a critical eye for processes.
• A forklift operator's license is a plus.
