Job summary

Hendrickson in Hebron, Ohio seeks a full-time warehouse associate to handle receiving, shipping, parts box assembly and aftermarket orders in a heavy manufacturing setting. You will verify counts and conditions of materials, stage units for shipment, stock lines, and communicate with supervisors to ensure accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining safe work practices and adhering to procedures.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment.
Experience utilizing material handling equipment.
Be self-motivated, have strong initiative and strong communication skills.
Ability to work hours outside regular schedule and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Exercise safe working habits while operating machines.
Verify count, condition, and identification of materials.
Deliver MRO items.
Band, shrink-wrap and stage units for shipment.
Follow sales order by dates to ensure aftermarket shipments.
Build parts boxes according to work order and parts box guide.
Stock all lines following daily build schedule.
Communicate with floor supervisor and materials groups to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
