Job summary

Hendrickson in Hebron, Ohio is seeking a full-time Production Assembler responsible for using pneumatic/hand tools to assemble products per specifications, understanding parts relationships, and facilitating all aspects of the assembly process. Essential Functions:

• Must be able to organize all aspects of the assembly process.
• Perform inspection on product utilizing total quality concepts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Accurately report daily activities and production data as directed.

Education and Training

Minimum Qualifications

• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free throughout the term of employment.
• Must follow all safety practices and policies.

Physical Demands

• Constant standing, walking, reaching, balancing, cervical spine motion, lower extremities, and simple grasp.
• Frequent use of firm grasping, fine manipulation, and pitching.
• Frequent forward bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing.
• Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.

Environmental Conditions

• Non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facility.
• Must wear eye, ear, and foot protection.
