Job summary

Festo Corporation is recruiting for a warehouse inventory specialist in Ohio. You will inspect quantities, verify part numbers, and maintain accurate records while distributing inventory in accordance with work instructions.

You will handle packaging, labeling, and shipping processes, operate forklifts and related equipment, and perform cycle counts and material transfers daily. The role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year in an automated warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year in an automated warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify quantity and part numbers against documents.
• Record and adjust discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory integrity and process incoming/outgoing items.
• Package and box products, apply shipping labels.
• Operate material handling equipment per safety standards.
• Conduct cycle counts and transfers between locations.
• Ensure security of warehouse and production stocking locations.
• Assist in loading/unloading raw materials.
• Adhere to lean manufacturing principles and ISO standards.
