MSI in Orange, CA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving associate to review shipping orders on a tablet, pick and palletize products, and prepare pallets for shipment. The role involves 60% manual labor and up to 40% forklift use, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday hours.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, 1 year warehouse experience, and proficiency with tablets. Forklift experience is a plus, and applicants must lift up to 70 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and place flooring orders on pallets and shrink-wrap for secure handling.
• Read shipping orders to determine quantity and transportation needs.
• Verify shipping documents and maintain related data.
• Collect outbound freight documentation and route to records.
• Pick orders for shipment and assemble merchandise.
• Schedule inbound/outbound freight to align with warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with carrier representatives for loading instructions.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform equipment maintenance.
