Job summary

CarBahn is seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate for its Littleton, CO facility. In this in‑office role you’ll pack and ship daily customer and dealer orders using shipping software (UPS WorldShip), receive and stock incoming inventory, and prep materials for production.

You’ll also assemble products, manage ERP‑driven stock moves, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Detail‑oriented, independent workers thrive here; forklift cert is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; shipping/receiving or warehouse ops experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong physical fitness; able to lift heavier packages on occasion.
• Experience with shipping software (UPS WorldShip is a plus).
• Basic computer skills; ERP experience and Microsoft Excel a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification (OSHA) is a bonus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prep raw materials for customer orders and internal production needs.
• Assemble ("kit") CarBahn performance products with accuracy and care.
• Up-stock/down-stock inventory based on ERP system suggestions.
• Track, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scales, lifts, etc.).
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
