Welch Equipment Company is seeking a parts clerk to handle incoming and outgoing parts, inspect shipments, and manage inventory to ensure parts are available for technicians and customers. This role supports shipping, receiving, and process flow in a busy parts department.

You will count, verify, and prepare parts for shipping, coordinate with technicians and vendors, and participate in daily inventory control.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Shipping/receiving experience encouraged.
• Computer skills required.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Mansioni

• Verify shipment accuracy by counting items.
• Compare descriptions, quantities, and prices.
• Record and report discrepancies or damage.
• Pull orders and confirm details.
• Maintain inventory with physical counts.
• Deliver and/or pickup to technicians/customers/vendors.
• Van replenishments: process paperwork, pull, deliver parts.
• Work in a safe, alert manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Bending, standing, walking, reaching, and lifting 50+ lbs regularly.

Job Summary

The person in this role will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing parts. You will inspect shipments, manage inventory, prepare parts for shipping, and process requests. This role ensures parts are available and operations run smoothly.

Full time , Mon-Fri
