Job summary

Welch Equipment Company, a premier provider of material handling solutions, seeks a Parts Delivery Associate to support technicians, customers, and vendors in the Denver area. You will handle replenishments, deliver parts, and assist in receipt and stocking duties in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and solid communication skills. Training and benefits are provided, with opportunities for growth within the service department.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• 12 months of Parts Delivery experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel and reach.
• Good oral and written communication ability.
• Knowledge of the greater Denver metro area.

Responsibilities

• Delivering parts to technicians, customers and vendors as needed.
• Process van replenishments: Pull parts, process paperwork and deliver as necessary.
• Next day air parts deliveries to technicians within an hour of receipt.
• Pick up miscellaneous items from technicians, customers and vendors.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Assist in check-in of parts shipments, restock parts after receiving.

Job Type and Schedule

Full time, M-F

• Compensation Range: $19.00 - $22.00

Responsibilities

• Delivering parts to technicians, customers and vendors as needed.
• Process van replenishments: Pull parts, process paperwork and deliver as necessary.
• Responsible for next day air parts deliveries to technicians within an hour of receipt.
• Pick up miscellaneous items from technicians, customers and vendors (i.e. parts, used oil or batteries, paperwork, etc.).
• This is a fast-paced position. Applicants should be well-organized and able to multi-task.
• Assist in check-in of parts shipments, restock parts on shelves after receiving process is complete.
• Assist in maintenance of the parts department, to include cleaning, organization, taking out trash, sweeping and other related tasks.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• Other duties as needed or assigned by manager.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• 12 Months of Parts Delivery experience preferred but not required.
• Upon completion of training period, work with minimal supervision at the office and at customer locations.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, kneel and reach.
• Must be safety-oriented and communicate safety concerns to management as soon as they are observed.
• Good oral and written communication ability.
• Knowledge of the greater Denver metro area.
