Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse activities, including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and inventory control in a clean manufacturing environment.

You will read work orders, use SAP/ERP to process orders, verify product quality, and ensure accuracy and on-time shipments. The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and RF scanner use.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with performance metrics and quotas.
• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs throughout the day and safely handle materials.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine production specs and shipping info.
• Process orders and update records in SAP/ERP.
• Pick and pack materials for shipment as per work orders.
• Load and unload trucks safely with material handling equipment.
• Verify quality and quantities before shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory across the warehouse.
• Weigh or measure materials to meet requirements.
• Transport materials between areas using equipment.
• Follow recipes and dump materials into mixers when needed.
• Keep facilities clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet production and warehouse metrics and performance targets.
• Collaborate with team for smooth operations.
