Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for our North Kingstown, RI facility. This role supports inbound and outbound shipments, maintains inventory accuracy, and handles both physical material movement and SAP-based tasks.

The successful candidate will work a first-shift schedule and may require overtime to meet shipping deadlines. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, processing shipments in SAP, label creation for carriers, and ensuring documentation matches physical

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/WMS for shipments and documents.
• Inventory control and cycle counting experience beneficial.
• Proficient with RF scanners or scan guns for picking and counts.
• Knowledge of Bills of Lading and carrier documentation.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials following warehouse processes.
• Process shipments in SAP and similar ERP/WMS to keep accurate records.
• Use SAP-linked RF scan gun to track material movements.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile stock with system records.
• Prepare Bills of Lading and verify details with drivers.
