Job summary

Trackmobile, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse workflow, assign staff to receiving, picking, packing and shipping, and oversee shipping operations for timely order fulfillment. You will ensure inventory accuracy, manage carrier relationships, and drive process improvements within budget constraints.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, excellent communication, and a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six Sigma (Lean) preferred.
• Typically requires at least five years of related experience; 1–3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily warehouse workflow and schedules staff to ensure coverage.
• Manages daily shipping operations, including order processing, inventory tracking, and documentation.
• Investigates shipping quality concerns, damages, and lost freight claims.
• Builds relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and budgets; coordinates with other departments.
